for the joe cell, no one seems to do that. An advanced joe-celler and
one of our members here in Nutopia.cc – David Lawrence, works more with the lengths of the tubes to get sacred geometries.
No one seems to make the sizes, as in diameters, according to the golden mean ratio.

I\’ve thought of that and have experimented. It doesn\’t work as well, nor feel as good to have negative on the outside. if you study the nature of the negative (female) vs positive (male) ala John Keely and Walter Russell, you\’ll understand that the negative / receptive, has to be on the inside, and the male +ve has to be on the outside.

as for the chassis being negative, it is fine to ground the joe cell or the moe-joe cell via the inner negative bolt. works fine.
or if you feel like it, you can change the entire chassis to positive, but that is a major undertaking, and you\’d have to isolate the engine from the chassis, which would probably make the cell work even better.

The best solution for this is having a good piece of Orgonite at the location of the cell.

It is interesting that convention current requires the conducting material to be within the insulating material, as in every standard wire.
however, it seems to work well to have the conduction of orgone as in having the insulating on the inside and the conducting on the outside.
one can accomplish this simply by using a length of rubber hose, or acrylic hose, wrapped in aluminum… aluminum is bad for orgone, it blocks it, unless it is used as a channel, in which case, the orgone flows within the channel nicely.

Yes, some of my colleagues say that when the cell is operational, it is giving off energy that is harmful to us humans. I think this may be true when operating at higher voltages with high current, and it is safer at lower voltages with low current. I have used the cell for a lot of healing, and I know it has healing properties. Some of our fellow Nutopian members here have had the same experience – a lot of healing from the cell. However, we don\’t know exactly what sort of energy the cell produces. Imagine that is produces concentrated waves of neutrinos. What are the implications for human health? I am not sure.
My guess is that at lower voltages, with lower current, there is a much much stronger healing element to the cell and at higher voltages, there is still healing elements of the cell, but it may be a little higher negative effects.

Even in other orgone producing devices, like the ORAC – orgone accumulator, too much is not good and causes temporary overload of orgone energy, called \”orgone sickness\” which is easily remedied by coming out of the ORAC and getting some fresh air. the same is true for the moe-joe cell. i also have had too much orgone from the cell, and have needed to stop, have some fresh air.

one can use orgonite to keep one\’s environment clean and protected from any harmful DOR. also, fresh water with sea salt will also absorb the negative energies – make sure to provide fresh water and salt at regular intervals.
you can also use cleansing and protecting crystals like selenite, malachite… and having clear quartz inside of the orgonite makes it even more effective at clearing DOR.

Prayer also helps too. Open windows helps too.
keep away from electronic equipment.
