    1. Are the distances between the metal pipes or spheres suppose to be the golden mean ratio like they say in the movie \”The Story of the Joe Cell\”? So the diameter of the larger sphere is 1.618 times bigger then the smaller one? How close to that value does the distances have to be? Or shall the distances between all the pipes or spheres be the same?

    2. Do I have to use a PWM (Pulse With Modulator) like ordinary HHO-cells have or do I just have to put a DC current of 12 volt over the cell in the car after the water have been charged? Does the PWM have the right frequencies for the cell to be \”tuned\”?

    3. The chassis of the car is negative that is why I prefer to use negative on the outside of the cell. Can I have the positive on the inside and the negative on the outside? Is there any advantage of having the negative on the inside instead of outside of the cell?

    4. Do I need an EFIE chip and do I need to adjust the ignition timing? Before or after Top Dead Centre compared to gasoline?

Pipes for a joe cell and spheres for the moe-joe cell are two different questions.
for the joe cell, no one seems to do that. An advanced joe-celler and
one of our members here in Nutopia.cc – David Lawrence, works more with the lengths of the tubes to get sacred geometries.
No one seems to make the sizes, as in diameters, according to the golden mean ratio.

spacing should be the same between all the spheres.

    DC is best.
PWM tuning to get highest formation of HHO is preferable, ala Stanley Meyer.
But most joe cellers and moe-joe cellers are not interested in HHO production – although some have gone that route.

I\’ve thought of that and have experimented. It doesn\’t work as well, nor feel as good to have negative on the outside. if you study the nature of the negative (female) vs positive (male) ala John Keely and Walter Russell, you\’ll understand that the negative / receptive, has to be on the inside, and the male +ve has to be on the outside.

as for the chassis being negative, it is fine to ground the joe cell or the moe-joe cell via the inner negative bolt. works fine.
or if you feel like it, you can change the entire chassis to positive, but that is a major undertaking, and you\’d have to isolate the engine from the chassis, which would probably make the cell work even better.

EFIE chip is a long story. it depends on the car.
I don\’t find the EFIE chip works very efficiently anyway.
I\’ve tried that and a few others, to no avail.

adjust timing to before Top Dead Centre.
