The TV batteties – you mean 1.5 volts?
you have them connected in series (end to end) or in parallel?
also, it is very important to insulate the bolt coming up out of the top of the cell from the bismuth core / inner sphere. If this is left uninsulated, it allows for a very very short distance for the current to flow between the inner bolt to the outer 5\” sphere. it\’s less than 1/4\” and it throws the entire balance of the cell off. so that is one thing.
if you had that like that, and you ran 12 volts, you\’d see a lot of activity cause of that close-to-short current channel. so it makes me think, one of your leads is not hooked up properly.
how did you assemble the stainless steel nuts on the outside of the 2\” sphere, and also the shorter bolt on the inside of the 5\”?
this would be easier if you could measure a current with a multimeter while charging.
do you have one?

You drilled a hole in the bottom of the glass?I wouldn\’t charge the cell with a battery charger.
Can you take a pic of the batteries you\’re actually using?Also, do you have a multimeter, or at the very least, a voltmeter, that also reads current (amperage)?
I am wondering if
a) your batteries are full
b) if your moe-joe cell is missing a connection inside.Also, can you take a pic of a closeup of the cell from the top. i want to see what you have there.
you have the negative coming in on the bottom, right?

Can you share a couple of pictures of your setup, so we can troubleshoot?

What batteries are you charging with?
It\’s best to connect the negative of the battery to the BOTTOM of the inner sphere (normally, the bismuth core). and the positive, you connect to the top.
Stage 3 – is not something many of us are aiming for… at least in terms of the appearance of bubbles. that requires high voltage and high current – around 1 amp.
i suggest charging with a 12 volt battery for 3-5 minutes, 3 times / day, for around 4-7 days.
You have to feel out the water. In other words, sense the charge of Orgone in it.
You will become more sensitive to it as you go along. -

one of the big focuses of the chart is that in your house of hopes and dreams, that is, house 11, you have your sun, chiron, mercury and jupiter.
it is an undeniably important house. to be with community.
however, you have a square between mars and saturn which shows a struggle or an internal battle within yourself which creates a rough or disinterested facade that you are not interested in being a part of the group. but you are.
it is because of your wound you do this – chiron is our wound, in case anyone is wanting to know that.
and you have it in the very house you have your sun and jupiter and mercury and all this great energy to communicate. but it is deeply buried in you, bc you have such a deep moon in scorpio, right there with pluto.
it\’s deep and it\’s not always easy to get to (your feelings) because they are in the third house – of the mind, lower mind.
so if you\’re having a lot of thoughts that are a part of the facade or the internal battle in you, then your mind would tend to dominate your heart and you wouldn\’t be able to feel how much you really actually want to be a part of the group.
when you feel that wish and you let it be on your surface, ie – a true self expression, no false facade, then your light will shine brightly from your sun in cancer – a gentle soul you are, very sensitive, and it will be great with Jupiter there in your 11th house.also you will be able to communicate when you are in your sun energy – ie wanting to be in community – with people – bc you have your mercury in the 11th house of your hopes and dreams. when you are in the rational ego mind, and trying to keep up the facade, then you cannot communicate, or speak much, because your mercury is caught up in you trying to appear like you don\’t care about people, or simply that you fear the closeness with people. and so you cannot speak because you are not being your sun – friendly and open with people in a group setting (this can also be one on one) – but it\’s more powerful a picture in a group – or more than one people.
that is a pretty big aspect to recognize for your life.
a big life pattern.and one last note on this –
you have an interception in your 7th house. which means you can be stuck at either opposite – either you are a hopeless romantic, and feel soooo strongly your desire to be in love with someone (pisces), or you become very highly analytical and virgoan and tell yourself you don\’t need that.
the way out of this mess is the door that lives at around 27 degree pisces – the point of unconditional love.i suggest that it would serve you well to begin loving yourself unconditionally, and the rest will follow.

this is also including the understanding that you have to take the necessary steps to be in position to accept and receive what you\’re praying for.Praying for the knowledge to make the philosopher\’s stone is a VERY advanced prayer request.
However, when you pray, you will accelerate the rate at which that knowledge comes, and teachers come to share it with you. -

With polishing, there are 2 options.
One is manually, and the other is electropolishing.Electropolishing is incredible – it is the easiest, and with the best results. But the most expensive.

the other way to polish is to just use a very fine sand paper… and to spin the hemispheres using a drill press or a lathe, and to press on the steel with the sandpaper (very fine) while it is spinning.

thanks.your easiest and probably best bet for charging, especially to get started, is just a 12V battery – car, marine, or 2 6V camping batteries hooked up in series to combine for 12 volts.
you apply the negative to the inner sphere (bismuth core threaded bolt) and the +ve to the outer 5\” sphere.let us know if you have any m ore questions.
