Ok great. So I am at the charging stage. I am having no luck with straight John Ellis water (basically distilled water with a supposed higher bond angle). It will jump up slightly in voltage, but not in amps. I do have a natural spring close by that has clear water, so I am going to try that water instead.

HI David!

So I got sidetracked on a radiant charger build that I still have not finished due to poor plans and support, so let’s finish your method I already started.

Anyways I want to get the Moe Joe in my car soon. I am also still assembling the charging VAT. So here are my questions…

I do not use the bismuth core for the VAT water charger? (Double checking)

It is not entirely required to use the phosphoric acid, correct?

What do you use to polish the inner surface of thief the 5″ and the outer surface of the 2″?
