<p>Like you said, it&#8217;s good to precharge the water and clean it.<br />
Or just filter that water, rinse the cell, and put that same water back in. </p>
<p>You can use shop towels to filter the water through a big funnel.<br />
You&#8217;re gonna lose some, but you can top it up with fresh water. </p>

<p>About Day 20. Decided to take the cell out, to attempt to find out what is going on.</p>
<p>The mileage and the power seem to have gone to a normal level, not a level beyond.</p>

Basically, the technology of the moe-joe cell has a lot to do with the energy of the user.<br />
Some people negate the energies. Is the relative that used the car an &#8220;open&#8221; person? Or were they doubting?<br />

<p>I must of done something wrong here. When I was driving a trailer ~280 lbs, it felt smooth. Then, I forgot to switch off the charging circuit, and when a relative used the car w/ the trailer to gather metal bars at a Metal Shop, he said that it felt no different from other times.</p>

<p>Day 4 &#8211; Rode the Jeep ~10 miles, smoother than it was previously. Able to go 0 to 60 in 12 seconds, rather than 18 seconds with only the Gas pedal half-way to the floor.</p>
<p>Day 5 &#8211; Overnight charge, checked the water level, only 1/64 was used. Current Average MPG is ~20. Current handling: Tight and smooth. <p>Wilhelm Reich&#8217;s Cloudbuster. You take the energy, and dump it somewhere else. In other words, null Radioactive materials from a long distance.</p>
<p>This was done multiple times, and I have said the answer to various groups, and so far, no &#8220;public&#8221; action has been taken.</p>

<p>My only question is; Since I have a Orgone Accumulator, would using the water from there be better than letting the water sit inside the Cell?</p>
