Glass is the best, then stainless steel, then plastic. plastic will block the orgone a bit.

it doesn\’t need to be, but if you\’re looking for bubbles, (which is also not really important),
but if you are, then air tight will help.
one thing that does help is putting a vacuum on the cell. it will increase its power and performance.
