I first create a saturated solution of KOH in distilled water.</p>
<p>Then I administer with a dropper bottle &#8211; a full dropper is around 1ml. </p>
<p>You&#8217;ll probably need a few of those, going up into the teens, dependning on how much voltage you&#8217;re using. </p>

So I am at the charging stage. I am having no luck with straight John Ellis water (basically distilled water with a supposed higher bond angle). It will jump up slightly in voltage, but not in amps. I do have a natural spring close by that has clear water, so I am going to try that water instead.&gt;&gt;</p>

<p>I would use a bismuth core, even in the water charger. </p>
